Yuval Neeman, Chairman

Yuval NeemanYuval is actively engaged with InstallFree in all facets of the business. He has over two decades of experience leading companies in the high tech market. Prior to joining InstallFree, Yuval spent 16 years at Microsoft, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Storage and Platform Solutions. Previously, he was responsible for the Developer Division, which included Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET and Microsoft NET Framework technologies, where he led the transformation of Microsoft development tools and platforms to support the Internet and XML-based Web services. Yuval was on the board of M-Systems until it was acquired by SanDisk. He was a consultant to Secured Dimensions and Zoomix, Israeli software companies acquired by Microsoft. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and a Master's degree in computer science from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Yuval is a co-founder of Dlatot, a Seattle based non-profit organization focused on connecting with and helping the residents in Northern Israel. Yuval also served on the Board of Israel Policy Forum.


Richard Fade, Board Member

Richard FadeRichard, a partner at Ignition Partners, focuses on infrastructure software, consumer and B2B services investments. Prior to joining Ignition, Richard spent 16 years at Microsoft Corporation in several leadership roles including serving in the executive staff as a division level Vice President. Most recently Richard was Senior Vice President OEM division where he was responsible for Microsoft's licensing business with PC OEM and embedded device manufacturers. Richard served as VP Desktop and Consumer Applications, overseeing the creation and launch of Office 97, Outlook and several Microsoft Office product line extensions. Additionally, Richard was Vice President of the Internet Business Unit. Richard also served as Vice President Far East Region where he was responsible for product development, sales, marketing and operations for Japan, China and Korea. Richard led the teams which produced the first successful double byte versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Currently he serves on the boards of Talyst, Azaleos, Centeris, and GotVoice. Richard and his wife Susan have been active in helping families address the needs of children with developmental disorders. The Fades co-founded the Autism Center at the University of Washington. Richard is a board member of the Autism Center, and co-founder and prior chairman of the Autism Treatment Network.


Peter van Oppen, Board Member

Peter H. Van OppenPeter, a partner at Trilogy Partnership, brings over 25 years of experience leading high-tech companies and maximizing their value. He served as Chairman and CEO of Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC) and its predecessor companies from 1989 to 2006. Previously, he has worked in medical electronics, as a consulting manager at Price Waterhouse LLP and as a consultant at Bain & Company in New York, Boston and London. During his tenure, ADIC grew from sales and valuation levels of below $10 million to annual revenue of nearly $500 million and a cash sale price of nearly $800 million in 2006. Its growth was primarily internal although several acquisitions, both domestic and international, contributed to its success. In addition to ADIC, he has served as a director of multiple other public companies including Interpoint Corporation, Western Wireless Corporation, Spacelabs Medical, Receptech Corp. and Key Technology. Peter is currently on the board of Isilon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISLN), Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee at Whitman College and formerly served as an Advisory Board member and as a director of the Seattle Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants on inactive status and holds a B.A. in political science from Whitman College as well as an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.


Yori Gabay, CEO

Yori GabayYori brings over 15 years of extensive leadership, business development and marketing experience in the technology industry in the United States, Europe and Japan. Prior to founding InstallFree, Yori was responsible for setting the U.S. operations of Gteko, a VC backed software company which was acquired by Microsoft in 2006. In his position as VP of Business Development, Yori played an instrumental role in building and growing the company from the ground up while developing large scale products and building significant relationships with Fortune 200 companies. It is this vast knowledge and experience which has helped shape the powerful foundation for InstallFree.

Prior to moving to the United States, Yori served in multiple command roles as a paratrooper officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and was promoted through the ranks to command a unit of 90 soldiers and officers. Yori received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and from Tel-Aviv University and BBA from the City University of New York.


Netzer Shlomai, CTO

Netzer ShlomaiNetzer has extensive engineering, technology leadership and management experience developing technology products with a focus on Windows internals. Prior to founding InstallFree, he served as CTO of Gteko, an automated support and home networking solutions software company which provides software based products to leading OEMs and ISPs, since 1996. While at Gteko, Netzer played an integral part in revitalizing and bringing the company to the top of its industry. His leadership and expertise drove the development of revolutionary technologies and products to the forefront, putting the company on the map and securing business opportunities with market leaders. Netzer's expansive accomplishments and innovative aptitude combined with his skill of developing and driving product successfully to the market, positions InstallFree for enormous success.


John Connors, Board Observer

John, a partner at Ignition Partners, invests principally in business software and services. Prior to joining Ignition, John spent 16 years at Microsoft Corporation in several strategic roles. From January 2000 to April 2005 he was senior vice president of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. In this role John was responsible for managing the global Finance function as well as corporate services, procurement, real estate and the company's Global Operations & Technology group. John also held a variety of positions including Vice President of the Worldwide Enterprise Group, where he was responsible for the sales, services and relationship strategy for large, medium-sized and small businesses. Prior, John served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Before serving as CIO, he held a number of positions within and outside finance, including Corporate Controller, General Manager of worldwide financial operations, Director of business operations of Microsoft's European headquarters in Paris, and Director of business operations of the Worldwide Sales and Support Strategy Group. Prior to joining Microsoft, John held management or staff positions at PIP Printing Inc., SAFECO Corp. and Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. John received his BA in accounting from the University of Montana where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Montana. John is a member of the Board of Directors of Nike, Jobster, FiREapps, BioPassword, SecondSpace, XenSource and Splunk corporations. In addition he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Nature Conservancy of Montana, the Tyee Board for the University of Washington Athletics, and the Board of Directors for the Washington Policy Center and the Bellevue, Washington Football Boosters.


Chuck Stonecipher, Board Observer

Chuck has been with Trilogy Partnership since 2007, and brings over 20 years of high-tech industry experience building and sustaining high growth companies. Before joining Trilogy, he served in various executive capacities at Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC) from 1995 to 2006. Prior to ADIC's sale to Quantum in 2006, Chuck's positions included Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Executive Vice President of Product Development and Strategy, President, and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, ADIC grew from less than $20 million to over $400 million in annual revenues. Prior to ADIC, Chuck served as Chief Financial Officer of Interpoint Corporation from 1994 to 1995 and as a manager and consultant with Bain and Company from 1989 to 1994. Currently he is a director for portfolio companies Globys and MITS and a board observer for portfolio company Xeround. Chuck also serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Key Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTEC), where he has been a director since 2004. Chuck holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
