Customer Support

We provide our Registered Customers, Authorized Distributors and Partners with an efficient response for support requests through our automated support system. Support requests through this system will be handled by our Services & Support department and include electronic technical support in the form of email. Registered Customers can open a support ticket through the Customer Site. 

If you are purchasing through a Solution Partner or Authorized Distributor, please contact them for your technical support issue. Knowledge Base

The primary source for support is InstallFree's Knowledge Base, which is also accessible via the Customer Site. At the Knowledge Base you can find answers, solutions, tips and troubleshooting. The Knowledge Base includes a sophisticated search engine to search for answers using drop-down menus and search text. Registered Customers can go to the Customer Site for the Knowledge Base.

Software and Documentation

The "Downloads and Updates" section at the InstallFree Customer Site gives the customer access to the latest version of InstallFree software and related documentation. Registered Customers can go to the Customer Site for software and documentation.
