The InstallFree Encapsulator is a virtualization utility that creates self-contained virtual applications, add-ons and updates. These virtual packages are encapsulated with the complete set of resources required to fully function independent of the host OS and are delivered using one of InstallFree's Application Virtualization and Delivery Platforms.
The InstallFree Encapsulator runs on any Windows XP PC without requiring a special "clean" machine or any software installed. The encapsulation process takes place via the standard installation process that occurs inside InstallFree's clean-slate OS.
